Props4Shows Ltd Returns Procedure


Any non faulty goods requiring return for refund or exchange must be returned to our address within 14 days of receipt.

Before committing to returning any goods whether faulty or not please first get in contact with a member of our team.

All electrical equipment comes with a 12 month warranty from receipt of products.

Non faulty returned items must be returned in original perfect sale condition complete with all the original accessories. Items must also have all original packaging including bags and boxing as it was sold. Failure to comply to these terms may result in the product not being refunded in full.

Please ensure that all returned parcels have a copy of the invoice, or if unable, paperwork with all the relevant details on it including name, address, contact details and product(s) being returned. Also a small explanation as to why the goods are being returned to help our staff process the return.

BFPO Addresses

BFPO addresses may be subject to an additional charge or require a customer arranged pickup. 

Important Delivery Information

For DPD Orders

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery at your designated delivery address. Multiple failed deliveries will result in the goods being returned to us. Delivery notifications are sent to the email and mobile number you enter when placing an order. If you checkout with PayPal, the notification will be sent to your PayPal email address.

For Royal Mail Post Orders

The majority of the time, the parcel will be too big for your letter box. If you know you are not going to be in for a few days following your post order, please ensure you look carefully for the Royal Mail missed delivery card in your post. Failure to pickup your parcel from your local post office will result in the goods being return to us.

In both these instances, you may be charged a redelivery charge if your order comes back to us and you request to have the goods resent.

The best way to avoid these issues is to have the order delivered to an address where you know someone will be available to receive your parcel.
